1. Ordering and Confirmation

When you complete an order on christopherkieuart.com, an automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation contains all essential details regarding your selected products, pricing, billing, and delivery address.

2. Delivery and Shipping

We specialize in high-quality canvas and matte bird prints, shipped directly from Nairobi, Kenya.

2.1 Delivery Times

• Local Orders (Kenya): 4-6 working days.
• International Orders: 3–5 weeks via premium courier services (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) with door-to-door tracking.
• Processing: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the following Monday.

2.2 Shipping Costs and Customs

• Shipping charges apply to all purchases and are calculated at checkout.
• Customs & Duties: While we mark all shipments as "Original Artwork," international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their respective countries.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or typographical errors.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with international standards, we offer a 30-day right of return starting from the day you receive your product.

4.1 How to Return

• Notify us via email with your name and order number.
• Return the products within 30 days of your notice.
• Condition: Products must be well-packaged in their original packaging.

All photographs displayed on this website are original works by Christopher Kieu and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
