1. Ordering and Confirmation

When you complete an order on christopherkieuart.com, an automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation contains all essential details regarding your selected products, pricing, billing, and delivery address.

2. How long does order processing take?

Once your order has been paid for, we start working on it straight away. Our prints are not kept in stock – they are printed to order. This means you receive a freshly produced print, prepared especially for you.

3. How do we calculate the processing time?

Processing time is counted from the moment your payment is registered to the moment your parcel is delivered. It includes:

• Preparing your print (printing and quality control) T+3 days
• Careful packing to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, T+1 days
• Handing the parcel over to the courier, T+1 days

All times are given in working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or typographical errors. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment details — your financial information is protected by PayPal's industry-leading encryption and security standards.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All photographs displayed on this website are original works by Christopher Kieu and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
