Returns & Refund Policy
At Christopher Kieu Art, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fine art photography. Each piece is a unique window into the East African wilderness, printed with precision to last a lifetime. Because our prints are made-to-order and shipped internationally from Nairobi, Kenya, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our global collectors.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products (each print is produced specifically for your order in your chosen size and material), we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."
We encourage all customers to review their selections carefully, including size and material (Canvas or Matt Print), before finalizing their purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take extraordinary care in packaging our artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Damage:
- Timeframe: Report any damage within 7 days of delivery.
- Evidence Required: Email us with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and the exterior packaging.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will initiate the production and shipment of a replacement print.
3. International Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from Nairobi using premium couriers to ensure speed and reliability.
Standard Delivery Periods:
North America & Europe 14-21 business days
Australia & Asia 14-21 business days
Africa & Middle East 7-14 business days
Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the production process begins, and we are unable to stop or refund the order.
