How long does order processing take?

Once your order has been paid for, we start working on it straight away. Our bird prints are not kept in stock – they are printed to order. This means you receive a freshly produced print, prepared especially for you.

How do we calculate the processing time?

Processing time is counted from the moment your payment is registered to the moment your parcel is delivered. It includes:

• preparing your print (printing and quality control) T+4 days,
• careful packing to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, T+1 days
• handing the parcel over to the courier,T+2 days

You'll find the estimated processing time on the product page and in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order. All times are given in working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Shipping and delivery

We work with reputable international courier companies such as DHL and FedEx that ensure safe and reliable delivery to destinations worldwide. Every parcel is properly secured and insured during transport.

Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend checking its condition in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found, please ask for a damage report to be completed – this will help speed up the claims process.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs may be higher than the standard rate if the delivery address is classified by the courier as a remote area (e.g. small islands, locations with limited transport access). If you're unsure, please contact us at Christopherkieuphotography@gmail.com with your exact delivery address and we will let you know the shipping cost for your location.

Customs and additional charges

For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are paid directly to the courier upon delivery or as per your country's customs procedures.

Please note: Although we mark the artwork as an original piece of art, you might still be liable for customs payments for your country if applicable. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for artwork imports.

During peak periods (e.g. holiday seasons, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We monitor the situation continuously and do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the following Monday.
